Identifying the key challenges

This exercise confirmed the challenges identified in the first learning event on Thursday 13th November, Birmingham (Click here for more information)

  • Resistance and Isolation (about securing buy-in and being a new project)
  • Data (about getting it and turning it into information)
  • Project Management (about delivering the project in a short time)
  • Mainstreaming (about sustaining the project in the long term and making the approach the norm in the PCT)
  • Creating a new role (about developing a new role and getting it understood by all)
