- Resistance and Isolation (about securing buy-in and being a new project)
- Data (about getting it and turning it into information)
- Project Management (about delivering the project in a short time)
- Mainstreaming (about sustaining the project in the long term and making the approach the norm in the PCT)
- Creating a new role (about developing a new role and getting it understood by all)
